Follow the work
Over 1–2 weeks, we interview the people involved, examine an agreed set of processes and trace real tasks through your systems.
Business intelligence · AI systems · implementation
Over 1–2 weeks, we study your decisions, information and daily work. You receive a detailed plan for useful AI applications, the data they need and what implementation would involve.
Tell us about your business What happens during the review
The review shows where AI can use it to answer questions and take on work.
A review might cover the journey from an enquiry to a booking, or how one department handles its daily work. We name the people, systems and available records before starting. A large company may need several separate reviews.
We quote the review before starting. Implementation and ongoing support are separate decisions.
You explain what you want to change. Your team shows us what happens on an ordinary working day, including the awkward cases.
Over 1–2 weeks, we interview the people involved, examine an agreed set of processes and trace real tasks through your systems.
You get the problems we found, the evidence, proposed changes, implementation costs and ongoing software costs. We explain what to do first and what can wait.
After you approve the scope, we connect or build the solution, test it with your team and teach the people who will use it.
About implementationInside the review
The task the system will take on, the information it needs and how we will test it.
01 / The task
Before implementation, we check whether these records can be matched to a job and are complete enough to use.
02 / The proposal
The actual plan comes from your work and information. This sample illustrates its structure.
03 / The checks
The calculated cost difference matches the records used.
The system identifies the gap and asks for review. It does not invent missing costs.
A review task may be prepared. Invoices and customer commitments change only after the agreed approval.
If our work misses the agreed criteria, we correct it at our expense.
Our implementation guarantee
Before implementation, we put the acceptance criteria in writing. If our work doesn’t meet them, we correct it at our expense. The final payment for that stage is due after acceptance.
For example: an enquiry from an agreed channel must reach the right queue, contain the required details and flag anything that needs a person. We check it together against the cases agreed before work starts.
We agree in writing what to build, how and when to test it, and what each side needs to provide. Extra work gets a separate quote.
We also check whether customers can find you in Google, ChatGPT and other AI answers. Website and business-profile work can be commissioned separately or included in the wider review.

What we found when auditing a real-estate website. The findings and their implications are documented in the case study.
Read the auditNo. Tell us which decisions or tasks take too long. The review identifies useful applications and checks whether the information needed is available.
The review gives you the findings and a plan. You decide which changes to commission, at a price agreed separately.
We start with your current tools. If we recommend replacing one, we explain why, what it costs and how to make the switch.
We agree who needs to be involved and schedule time with them before starting. The 1–2 weeks cover the tasks agreed with you.
